In addition, after Mr. Castor had replaced the water lead to a toilet I noticed that the tank and bowl filled only halfway. When I asked him about it he said that it was made that way. I have since discovered that this was a blatant lie. Apparently he must have decided that I wasn t green enough and adjusted the mechanism to conserve water. So it seems that I paid him to do something I did not want and then had to buy a new mechanism and pay another handyman to undo it. Then, someone name Bill Cody, who said he was the boss, called, promising to send someone else out the next day to provide some sort of remedy; yet another failure. Two weeks after that I got an e-mail from someone at HomeTask in Washington asking me if anyone had ever followed up. By then I was afraid to allow any of these people into my home again. This is an extremely incompetent organization in almost every respect. Its personnel are replete, not just with deception and fraud, but outright lies and theft.
