My experience with him went fabulous. He did a good job. He quoted me the price of $100 and did a great job. I had trouble with my front storm doors before that and was half expecting to have to pay him more money, but he didn't charge me more. He did a really nice job and is a very nice gentleman. He even fixed my doorbell on my front door for me. I mentioned that it wasn't working when he was checking the doorbell on the side door he was installing, so he went over and fixed the doorbell on the front door, too. He's a really nice guy. He charged me what he quoted, even though it might have turned out to be a bigger job than others.

They did an amazing job. A+ on everything. Very reasonable on price, and very professional. I am also using them on other projects as well.

He came out, gave me an estimate, stuck to the price, was punctual, cleaned up after himself and told me ahead of time about a delay. It was very good.

We remodeled our kitchen after purchasing a new house,  removing the old cabinets and soffits ourselves.  Home Solutions was to do all the prep and install of the new cabinetry and appliances.    Some wiring and a sink vent needed moved that were hidden in the soffits.  Wiring for under cabinet lights was put in and the vent for the oven range was moved.  The cabinets were installed and leveled, and a dishwasher was put in. Two lights were installed on the ceiling and they did a great job installing the under cabinet lighting.  Patchwork needed to be done on the ceiling as the new cabinets were a little bit more shallow than the old soffits were and custom woodwork was needed to take the cabinets up to the ceiling, it looks great.  A double oven and cabinet were put in which included running a new 240 line from the breaker box.  A new gas line was installed for the gas cook top and a vent was moved for an above the stove microwave.  They also did ceiling and drywall work in the living room where we removed a wall, you have to look closely to even tell there was a wall there before.  A cold air return was moved for us as well.  
   We didn't have the tile for the back splash so they came back a couple of weeks later and installed that, it looks great.
We were very impressed with the price and the quality of work performed.  They were also very friendly

He used only the best materials and did an excellent job.  He came twice, once to measure and once to install. We are very happy with his work

The experience was pretty good.

The workman was prompt, courteous and straight-forward. He solved a few unexpected problems that cropped up during the project. We are well-satisfied with the result: we now step onto a solid shower base, and no longer have to put a cover over the drain -- the plague of septic smell is gone. Also, fixing the leaks may have saved us a basement flood. Also, the shower looks good -- the tiling job with the ceramic corner shelves is neat, and the scenery tiles, which are larger than the regular tiles, are nicely centered and bordered.

The carpenter replaced the entrance door and locks (I provided) on the day he promised for a price at the low end of his estimate range even though the job was more involved than he expected. The work was done well and all cracks were cauked and sealed.

Steve the owner & Archer came arrived on time worked`efficently. Did an excellent job in a start time period. I was very pleased with their work . I am having them back soon for another project. Their price was very reasonable.

The gentleman who performed the work was friendly and professional and he did a top-notch job. The tub looks spiffy compared to its prior condition. The gentleman was also kind enough to schedule the work on a Friday to make it easier for us to forego showers for at least Saturday and let the caulk dry.

I had nothing upstairs so they didn’t have anything to tear out.  They were pretty good.  They came out and showed what they had and told me how much it was going to cost.  I didn’t have to deal with a lot of stuff.  They came out, measured and told me what they could do.  They were pretty easy.  I would use them again in the future if need be.         

We liked the owner a lot  and used the company since at least 2006. The price is always reasonable and the quality is always great,  if Steve can come, although he is sometimes hard to get a hold of.

I am very pleased. I give him an excellent rating. I have no dislikes about him. He comes highly recommended. Everything he has done for us has held through. I have not had any problems. One of the bathrooms has been atleast four and a half years, I have been very pleased, even the flooring. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

They washed the floor and cleaned up everything. They took out all the garbage. I am going to use them again. They are fantastic. We had got another bid which was more expensive. Their quote was terrific. His brother did the carpeting and they picked up all the rugs and rolled them up. They then cleaned it up and installed the carpets for the living room, family room, hallway upstairs, and the dining room. He also fixed some leak and it does not look like anything was wrong. The quality of work looks great. They called me back the same day that I called them.

Went great, Steve works with whatever you need and finds a way to achieve it.

Our experience with him was very good and we are very happy with the services performed. He was very professional, clean and respectful. He does not rush through his job, but takes his time and does it right. He also does not leave a mess and leaves things like he was never there. Every time we have ever used him, he has done a great job. We spent about $200 on the last job.

We were very happy with their work and would use them again.

Steve listened to exactly what I needed to help clean off my four Border Collie dogs. The dog bath sits about 1//2 feet off the ground(not as far to bend) it is large enough for them to turn around in. The walls are about 2-3 feet tall around three sides so splashes and shakes don't go everywhere. The whole thing is completely water-proof (like shower walls)(inside and out). He installed water (hot & cold) from ceiling above. Outfitted the bath with a flexible hose and shower head. Its extremely functional, nice looking and easy to keep clean.

This is the second time I have used this company. Steve fabricated a custom dog bath in my garage for my 4 dogs. It is almost too beautiful to use. He installed a wall with a door in the lower level of my house to section off part of the area for more privacy for my mother visiting in the summer months(I have 4 dogs). Matched the woodwork and door to existing areas, it looks as if it was always there. Repaired and painted ceilings and walls of living room, dining room, hallways and foyers.(two story living room, foyer) Replaced 3 light fixtures. Steve continually finds innovative and creative ways to make your home work as you would like. He is very professional and does quality work.

A little frustrating that the faucet couldn't be repaired (it was 8 years old), but the new one works fine.

The job consisted of patching and caulking walls and wood work. The contractor requested we purchase Benjamin Moore paint. The estimate and the final price were the same; $1400. We got exactly what we paid for. We scheduled the work to be done in March of 2007, and they began March 13. The estimated time to complete the job was 3 days, and the work was done in that amount of time.

Steve's very busy, so it was tough to get in touch initially, but he always returned my call, and once the work was scheduled, he was prompt and efficient. Both jobs were performed in a timely and professional manner, and we're so pleased with the finished result.

He changed out a light fixture that was defective. Put siding back on my house that the dog had pulled off. He pulled off baseboard moulding upstairs in a bedroom in a salvageable state so that I could reuse it in my living room where it was needed. He re-caulked my bathroom tub. He also did weather stripping around my front door because it is not level, which was difficult because of the kind of door that it is and secured the hinges as well. He redid the steps to my basement with sheet vinyl, took off the old and put on the new. He was punctual,professional and honest. I would feel comfortable using him again.

HIS WORK WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS, AND HIS RATINGS SHOULD BE A+++ ON ALL CATEGORIES. HE WAS METICULOUS AND PRECISE.

Steve Meyers is an all around Handyman. He remodeled my bathroom in August and I was very satisfied with his work so I called him for this plumbing job. He came over on time and did a perfect job. I asked him to fix my storm door which was not in the original estimate. He fixed the door(installed a new door latch and lock) and only charged me 20.00 extra. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.
