We like the location. They had several people come out and try to fix the fence but it was never right. It wasn't a cheap fence either. I was pretty disappointed for that kind of price. It was just a gate to keep my dog in. The worker was friendly and all, but he did not know how to put in a fence. I'm pretty sure I would have gotten a better fence and better installation had I gone elsewhere.

They were real good and we liked it very much. They have a good product. They were on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job. We had a really good price. We paid for the flooring and the installation was only $350 for two rooms and a hall.

Installation went well. Only problem being workers down with flu, so that it took additional time to finish. Head of the project explained what had happened and came in the following day. Very professional.
Measurement was a little off, soI still don't know how well return will work for extra materials.
Flooring and stairs look beautiful.

Everything was very good. They got the work done quickly. They went above and beyond as far as making sure we were satisfied with everything. They cleaned up very well.

They did a very good job. They acted very professionally and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased. They were doing what they were doing, and one worked outside mostly and the other worked inside. They removed all the trash, and they were great. The outside looks great and the front looks great, and I think it fit well. I don't think I got a bargain on it. I don't know about the price may be I would have got a better price for others, but I have been looking for these for so long. I worked with a number of people and they measured, and one person came and measured and somebody else came for quality control, and I was appreciative about that they were very careful about their job. They knew exactly what they were doing I could watch them paint the wood and I watched everything, and they were careful about taking things down and putting it back in a mannerly way. I trust them.

A crew of two men. Courteous, polite, professional when working and explaining what they were doing. Answered all my questions fully. Used shoe covers and tarps for waking through the house for the inside work. Appropriately cleaned up inside and outside areas during removement of and installation of the windows. They didn't rush but worked steadily and focused on their tasks. They cleaned up the area well and hauled away what they had removed.

They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and nice. They cleaned up after themselves. I have nothing bad to say really. They did a very nice job. I would recommend them to others. The only thing that was negative was that they told me that it would take three days to finish the work but they ended up taking about a week. Overall, I had a good experience with them.

I started using it last week. I signed up for their credit card and got a ten percent discount on the price. When I was first shopping around one of their people gave me some good information. I did some more research and went back to make the purchase. When I started using the snow blower I noticed that one of the tires was flat. I took the tire off and took it back to Home Depot and the customer service person gave me a little bit of a hard time about it. They said they couldn't replace the tire and I said that I just bought it. I went to the floor and talked to the original person that I had spoken with and he took the wheel off another one and gave it to me. The seal was messed up around it and the air just went out. I compared the exact model online and it was more expensive online so I was happy with that. It is a good model.

I knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't have much interaction with the sales people there. I went there because they were having a sale. One guy named Paul was helpful. The windows I was looking for weren't on the shelf. They were elsewhere in the store and he went and tracked them down for me. I would use them again in the future.

The windows were of great quality and we paid a little bit more for it. The crew that came out was very considerate. They were really good people and worked hard without making a mess. My husband who is a quality manager had inspected everything. They did a phenomenal job and it has really decreased our heating bills. There are no air leaks at all. We got a tax rebate too. They had the best price and the best windows among all the other companies that we had checked out. They were pretty well versed in windows. I have recommended them to many other people.

They were fine. In home depot every department has an associate. They always offer assistance in anything you might need. The quality of the products is good. I never had to replace anything.

They cleaned up after themselves. They did everything they were supposed to. They were really professional. The quality was good.

I SPOKE WITH THE STORE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD, ''WE FIXED YOUR ORDER, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM''. LOUIS, THE STORE MANAGER IS CURRENTLY MANAGING 2 STORES, BROOKPARK AND HIGHLAND HEIGHTS AND NOW REFUSES TO RETURN MY CALLS.

THEY DID A SUPER JOB. THEY WORK ON HOME DEPOT PROJECTS.

THE WORK WAS GOOD. IT WAS BUILT ON TIME AND WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY. IT WAS ALSO BUILT IN 1 DAY AS THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE.
