HOFFMAN TV SVC

My television set recently had its cable picture restored, however, there was no sound. My cable provided could not address this problem. I called Hoffman TV Service to set up an appointment, and the Hoffman Service Provider came out within the hour to check the set. When it was determined that the set had to be taken to the shop for diagnosis and repair, I was provided very specific information about cost and turnaround time. This was on a Saturday, and the set was returned to me 2 days later, with sound restored. The Owner, Mr. Hoffman, came out with the Service Technician, Jerome, and both were extremely helpful in getting me back up to speed on controls, etc. I could not have asked for a better experience than this one. I would unhesitatingly recommend this provider for the care, responsiveness, and professionalism they provided.
