Came in to get a quote to fix an antique wall clock. I wanted two quotes, one quote for just making it work with new technology, one quote for fixing it the old fashioned way.
He had his ten? year old daughter take my info and give me a claim ticket. He never contacted me. After a few weeks, I contacted him. He had no idea who I was and couldn't locate my order. When he finally figured it out after 5 minutes on hold, he told me it would be $75 to get it to work. He recommended not fixing it using the old technology, told me it wasn't worth it unless it had sentimental meaning to me. He didn't have a quote for the part yet. I came in a few days later to get my clock & leave. He told me he was still waiting on part price and that I should call HIM back in a few days.
very poor customer service. clearly didn't want my business. only interested in fuflfilling my order the way he wanted to do it.

We have been using them for a while. I like the store. It is very nice, well-kept and organized. They seem to do a lot of repair work. They are honest. The battery seems to last.

He removed the old parts and put them in a dumpster. This clock is very old and has been in my family for a long time. He said he threw away the parts because they did not work and he just tosses out items that do not work no matter how old they are. He had the clock for seven months and did this. He was a nice guy but I should have went somewhere else. He was working his way and I was working mine.
