Terrible! When arrangement was delivered, it looked nothing like the photo of the ordered arrangement. The red roses were black and dry on the petal ends. The arrangement was so sparse you could see the green floral foam clear as day. I called the florist to give them an opportunity to fix the floral arrangement. Lena, I think she is the proprietor was extremely rude. She told me that I was ignorant regarding flowers. Refused to come out and look at the arrangement, said she did not care if I called Teleflora. The mayor or anyone and proceeded to hang up on me. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

We had requested a special flower arrangement for the funeral of a close friend. They did a wonderful job taking extra time and being very creative. We were very pleased with the work.
