Greg arrived promptly a bit earlier than expected (which was great as we had laundry waiting), quickly diagnosed the problem (broken belt), and then replaced it with a more durable belt than the original that came on the Samsung dryer. He was friendly and quick.

Called HH and they came out in 2 hours and had the problem fixed in an hour. Very friendly and courteous. I would use them again and I recommend them.

Greg came out as scheduled to fix our dishwasher. He had to order two parts, he came back out the next week to put the parts in. He is very neat, knowledgeable and punctual! Very impressed!

Appliance Repair
One man came to look at it and said that there weren't any parts available and that my dishwasher couldn't be fixed. He charged me $52 for this information. I then found out that the parts are available. I called him to tell him this. He said he would call me back, but hasn’t done so. According to the Yellow Pages, the charges for the service would be applied to the installation of any parts that would be necessary. Since the parts have not been installed, I was basically charged $52 for nothing.
