Eric and his brother are great. I would totally recommend them.

We've been using Eric at Heights Tree Service for tree trimming on our large corner lot for 17 years. He has done tree removal, but mostly he keeps our trees healthy and trimmed to prevent any issues. He is very reasonably priced, and a very nice man. He cares for the trees, and never over-prunes. I would recommend him to anyone. Free estimates. NOTE: Eric and his brother do all the work, and they don't have the heavy equipment for huge century trees, but Eric will let you know if there's something that needs done that they can't do.

Eric was willing to handle a job for us that other companies might consider too small to do. He was courteous, responsive, and professional. Whatever he cut down, he cleaned up and took with him. We would call Heights Tree Service again without hesitation.

Eric was able to give an estimate (that was a good price) and do the work within about a week, total, which was great for us, as we were about to move. They were very professional and were great about letting our kids watch and learn from them. We were very happy with the service.

Eric was very responsive and came to my house the day I called him to look at the job and give an estimate. He carried out the work promptly, calling before he came over to make sure it was a good time. His work was just what we wanted and he cleaned up after completing the job. His pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again in the future.

it went fairly well in terms that it was a deal between me and my neighbor, we had to decide which one was responsible for the tree being removed. they did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up around it. i was satisfied with his work, i had used him before in the past, i remembered that his prices were reasonable.

Eric is a very responsive guy and provides a great service. He is thorough and follows through -- always keeping the owner notified of his progress and plans. Due to the scale of his operation, though, he is not able to always schedule all components of the job at the same time. Would recommend him to anyone.

price was great, work completed was perfect, response time was amazing.  Came out and gave me an estimate the same day I called. Tree was removed 4 days later.  Eric was great, I would definitely hire again.

excellent work. fair price, know their trees and trimmed exactly how I wanted them away from the roof. i would highly recommend them.

It was hanging in this way over power lines as well as my neighbors garage. First Energy Co.refused to address the problem since it was not as yet actually "touching" the power lines. Eric and John responded quickly by cutting and removing the defective tree. Yes! I would and have already hired them again for routine tree maintenance in my yard.

Eric provided a competitive price that was accurate when the work was completed. They showed up promptly. The work was professional, the work area was clean when complete. Eric and John are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Eric was very responsive throughout the process and was able to take advantage of a rainy day to work us in ahead of schedule. The work was completed on-budget and the jobsite was left clean and tidy. We will happily use Eric again for future tree trimming/removal needs. Highly recommended.

GREAT experience. They were 1/3 the cost after getting 3 estimates and they went above and beyond the scope of the contract.

They did a decent job, but the seemed to use slower methods. The crew was very nice, and cleaned up well. Also, the cost was reasonable. Overall, I was happy with the service.
