For over 15 years Handel Davies Co (ALLWARM.com) sells Snow Melt Systems for Residential/Commercial properties using NEXAN cable through out the United States. We sell replacement parts for old and new Dimplex/Electromode heaters along with NEW heaters manufactured by Dimplex Co.

I called and left a message since they were closed for the day. I got a return call the next day. I gave her the model # and she said that heater was no longer in production, but she would search the warehouse. Later in the day she called me again and said she had found one cover. I needed two. She sent the one to me via UPS and the next day called me again and said she had contacted Dimplex and found another cover. As soon as they receive the other cover, they will be sending it to me. This was service far beyond what I expected. For such a tiny amount of money, they did an enormous amount of work. The service is absolutely outstanding.
