This is an excellent alarm service and very reliable.

They did come out and gave an estimate. They have come home several times. We are still getting couple of kinks. The sales person that had come out was an ex cop and he was friendly and very talkative. He gave too much information sometimes but he was wonderful. One point they wouldn't come out to the house and did only phone interview which was a little bit hard. We had to wait a week for them to order our package and customize it. They came out to the house the following week. The insulation went fine and it was okay. They had to fix a couple of parts and had to come back and cut a hole in the door to put a keypad on but the rest of the system actually works really well. They have been out two more times since then to move the system to the basement to cover the area for a week or so and when we had the glass block they moved it back upstairs. In that they were ridiculously patient. The gentleman that they sent to install was not a locksmith and he didn't know how to put the door and the door lock. Another technician came and said the last one put in reverse so it was left side door but it was put in the right side door. So we couldn't lock or unlock it and it just stayed and it didn't allow him to get unlocked. It is fixed now and works fine. They left us with a hole in the door and did not get back for a week. He did contact customer service about the hole in our door for a week and when they came to repair they couldn't and so the customer service was very nice and credited the account. They were professional. I would recommend them.

They were who we had originally, and we didn't feel like changing, because then they would have to exchange all of the equipment. We're still using them.

They are very good, right on the ball. They come and update one of the contacts if it's getting old and put in a new one right away. I can't remember anything that's ever gone wrong with them...I would give them all A grades.

UPDATE: GUARDIAN reimburded us our last two months' worth of payments, so I am happy that they resolved the issue.

We are still disputing the fees that Guardian is trying to collect. We do not want to pay for the remaining contract due to poor service and knowing our home was without an alarm for 4-5 weeks. We feel that this interrupted service is unexceptable. We would like a

refund for the months of December and January when our home was not covered. We consider their poor service to be breach of contract. We should had a contract with Amenican, not Guardian, so we feel that this also shows we have no contract with Guardian.

I was very happy with them. They know exactly what they are talking about and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. They are very professional and friendly. They answer any questions you have and then give you survey to fill out when they leave.

Things are going well, we haven’t had a need to contact them.

They came and installed the wireless system. They were very prompt and their estimate was correct. They finished the work ahead of time. They clearly explained everything. I am very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for home security.

They were less expensive that anyone else. They were easy to work with and prompt. They were accommodating and I liked them.

They were polite, courteous, and did a good job with the installation.

The work was done expeditiously. I needed to retrofit the door which I did with a private contractor. It's a much safer operation now.

They were very punctual. The salesman was very professional and courteous to speak with. However, the installer had forgotten to clean up completely after himself.

I have left messages and not received a response.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. Mark Keserich, the representative to came out, was informative, patient and very knowledgeable. The installation went very well and everything was put back in its place upon completion. Also there was extensive direction on how to operate the system. It was a good choice on our part to go with Guardian Alarm.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED BY THE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND THEIR MONITORING SWITCHBOARD. THEIR REPAIR PERSON IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

WERE READY TO DUMP THIS COMPANY. THE LATEST PROBLEM WAS CORRUPTION OF THEIR COMPUTER DATA ON US and FAILURE OF THE COMPANY TO HONOR OUR REQUEST TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL TO EXPLAIN WHY THERE WAS THIS PROBLEM. COST IS AN ANNUAL FEE.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN FAILED TO SHOW UP OR CALL. MONITORY SITUATIN REPS UNABLE TO EXPLAIN. TECH. SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING WITH NO APOLOGY OFFERED.
