GREEN ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and frankly malicious behavior in my life. Both times I brought my 19 year old dying cat into the office, I was greeted by an empty front desk where I could see and hear the receptionist talking to other techs complaining about patients. The communication between different staff members was basically non existent, and when I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication and professionalism to the "Owner" she told me she was immediately taking my cat off fluids and word for word told me "If I am so unprofessional you can pick up your cat in an hour, good luck finding end of life care quickly enough to help him." If you are considering this place bc there are any positive reviews DONT. Any vet that in any situation is willing to put their ego and frustration ahead of the life of an animal is not a caring or trustworthy professional. Absolutely disgusting.

She is really great. She is very easy with them and she knows what she is doing. She has been doing it a long time and she takes care of business. Everyone there is very nice.

I love them. I'm planning on calling. Dr. Kelly is very good and very nice. I really like her a lot, the vet. I like her a lot, in every way.

The vet I go to is Green Road Animal Hospital. I give them an 'A' and I have been to other vets. I had a dog at times and I trust Green Road and they are close by with conveniences. I definitely will continue to use them.

Left a competing vet hosp because I was tired of the cramped waiting room and always getting an answering machine when I called. I am so happy I switched. Dr Kelly is thoughtful and intelligent and caring. I never feel pushed or required to pursue any treatment or test. She provides me with the information I need to make decisions for my animals. She has done two tricky surgeries on my one of my dogs with great outcome. She helped me extend the life of my other dog with good quality. She is always working to raise the standards of her practice bringing in newer technologies. She also never discourages a second opinion for something serious if a client wants one. I have never needed one because when I ask if the care is something she feels she can provide, I fully trust she will tell me if I need to go to a sub specialist. She really respects her clients and loves the animals. Her office also always calls me promptly with test results even if negative and dr, Kelly calls after surgeries.

Excellent. Dr. Kelly is awesome with my dogs. Her staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I have been going to her a decade. Best vet in Cleveland.

Dr. Kelly from Green Road Animal Hospital is first rate. I've now been there for 4 years and she's helped me with any of my problem any of my pets has ever had including when I had to put my Chesapeake Bay Retriever down. I called her and said "I'm just devastated and my dog hasn't gotten off. Would you be able to come and put my dog down at my house so she could die on her bed." She went out of her way and after her surgery the next day came to my house and put my dog down. I highly recommend her. I see her all the time. She's pretty standard with pricing.

HDr. Kelly and her staff have been taking care of my dog for 10 years. In
fact, we followed her to Green Road Animal Hospital from her former
employer. She is knowledgeable, caring, and goes the extra mile every
time. She follows up with phone calls, checks on progress, and remembers
her patients' histories and preferences. I cannot imagine going to any
other vet.

Dr. Kelly has always done an exceptional job with my dog. It is not an exaggeration to say that she has saved his life. She is knowledgeable,compassionate, and very professional. We followed her here from her earlier assignment because she is the only vet my dog--and I--will trust. When he became aggressive suddenly several years ago, she tried every medical answer to help and found a specialist who could work with us through his medical issues. She never gave up...even though he was a very complicated case. I recommend her very highly. She is excellent!

They always seem to fit you in if you have any concerns. They seem efficient. We've had other dogs there, and they seem to be trusting.

They are excellent. Owner is a female Vet. She is extremely gentle with the animals. My dog is afraid of everything and he does not even shake when he's with her. She's all about providers service, and never tries to oversell you anything. If you tell her you cant afford something, she is completely okay with that, and is great about giving you other options that may also work for less. her replacement vet is the vet for the Cleveland Zoo.

They are good, but price is an issue there. It's a bit scary. The other thing that's more expensive is the insurance. I like the people there. The previous visit was $300. Surgery is a real issue for a single person with vets. The biggest negative with Green Road is that they move us from the animal when they are examining or treating. They take the dog in the back for examinations or treatments. I would rather be present. The last people that I went to I was happy with everything except the attitude of the receptionist and the price.

My dog had an infection (still has it) in both his ears. They cleaned his ears and sold me some topical medications to continue using. They also gave me a prescription for an antibiotic which I had filled. They wanted me to return in 2 weeks which I pushed out to 4 weeks because we were on vacation. At his next appt his ears looked better but definately not cured. They charged me >$100 for that visit during which they told me I should wait in the waiting room, so I don't really know what they did. They wanted me to return again in 2 weeks. It felt like they just wanted me to keep coming and paying $100 + each time. PLUS their office staff are very unfriendly, have their own private conversations in front of you, quite unprofessional.

I had the surgery performed but the cost was a lot more then anticipated. They ended up having to extract a couple teeth. The doctor was very unprofessional when confronted about the cost and got angry at me for wishing to have an explanation.

I love these people and they love pets. In the twenty plus years I've taken my dog(s) there I have had only good experiences. Though the vets have changed over the years, the service has stayed excellent.

They did very well.

I brought my pets in for a basic check up, which went fine. But a few months later I needed to schedule boarding for my dogs. I called a few weeks ahead of time. They had availability, but wouldn't allow me to board because one of the dogs needed bordatella. They refused to let me bring my dog in ahead of time to get a bordetalla vaccine, claiming that the vet was booked solid for the next month. I transferred all of the records to another vet, who then quickly scheduled a technician visit for the bordatella vaccine. I won't go back to Green Road as they left me hanging.

Dr. Kelly Rehmer has been taking care of my dog since I first got him five years ago. She has done exceptional work at the usual (neutering, ear infections, etc.) and the unusual (severe eye infection, medically-based aggression). She truly cares for her patients and their "families" and goes well above and beyond to provide excellent care. When necessary, she has recommended specialists who have worked as a team to provide outstanding care. Dr. Kelly's new practice at Green Road is very caring, clean, and state of the art. We travel quite a distance to have Dr. Kelly take care of our dog. We would not go to anyone else!

It went well. My puppy usually goes to another company, however a friend told me that Green Road Animal Hospital was less expensive and I estimate that I saved $100 over what the other veterinarians on the east side of Cleveland were going to charge me for the same service. My puppy went in one day to get fixed and I picked him up the next day. My only concern was that they asked me to bring him in at 8 a.m and he wasn't fixed until late afternoon, so he went all day without any food as I was asked not to feed or water him after midnight of the night before his operation.

I go to Dr. Williams. They are very attentive, recognize things quickly, and give appropriate treatment. They will sometimes recommend you to a more advanced treatment facility.

EXCELLENT. HAVE GONE THERE OVER 30 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL. DR. WILLIAMS IS EXCELLENT. THEY CALLED BACK 2 DAYS LATER TO SEE HOW MY DOG WAS DOING.

THE RECEPTIONIST GREETED BOTH MYSELF and MY DOG. HE RECEIVED A TREAT TO KEEP HIM BUSY WHILE HE WAITED. DR WILLIAMS IS VERY HELPFUL and KIND. HE ALSO DOES A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT HE'S DOING OR WHAT I SHOULD DO TO CARE FOR MY DOG.

BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR 2 YEARS. PRICES ARE GOOD. DR WILLIAMS IS GREAT! THE OTHER VET (FORGET HIS NAME) SPAYED MY DOG, NO PROBLEMS. RECEPTIONISTS ARE A BIT GRUMPY.
