GREAT EXPECTATIONS CLEANING CO

I have been using this company for about 4 years. They are the best cleaning service I’ve ever had as far as the level of clean! For the size of my house, the price is really good.

Charlotte and her crew have been cleaning my home on and off over the past two years. I was in my first trimester with my second child and was so sick I could barely function. Plus I had an 18 month old to keep up with. My house was getting out of control and I didn't want to expose myself to the cleaning chemicals during the pregnancy. I looked to Angie's list for someone to help with the house cleaning.

I selected Great Expectations based on the great reviews. Charlotte came to the house to meet me and give me a quote. Her price was very competitive and her manor very professional. I hired them to start the following week and have never been sorry.

They consistently do an extremely thorough job and I am always pleased with the quality of their work. Additionally Charlotta has always been so easy to work with. My husband is self employed and our income experiences feast and famines. There have been times I have been lucky enough to have Great Expectations on a twice a month schedule. There have also been times when we had to tighten our belt and been forced to reduce the schedule to once or month or stop altogether. Every time Charlotta's services fit back into the budget she has always found room for me in her schedule and has never had hard feelings.

Charlotte is very professional, does a superb job, doesn't waste her time or my money while in my house, and is flexible to change. I highly recommend Great Expectations.

I needed a quick cleaning at my mothers house before she came home from the hospital and contacted this agency. They responded promptlyI have engaged them several times, and have been pleased with the quality of the work at both my home and my daughters. They are quick and efficient and I have found them to be helpful with suggestions to save me money. Very impressive!I have engaged them to do regular cleaning now.

I called a number of cleaning companies and Great Expectations was the only place that came to my house to give me an estimate in person. I walked 2 people through my home, explaining in detail what I wanted done. There was no task they werent able to accomplish. I was given an estimate on the spot and was also reminded about a discount through Angie's List. The cleaners arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Everyone was polite and professional. They worked over the time estimate and did not charge extra because they wanted to make sure the job fit their standards. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. There was extreme attention to detail and the areas I emphasized the most they took care of. I was equally as impressed with the quality of work as e professionalism of the staff. I am now looking into using Great Expectations on a monthly basis.

We have a 3-bedroom; 1.5 bath colonial in University Heights.  They bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment and get to work immediately. 

I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Great Expectations it the best cleaning service I have ever used and I've had 4 different companies in 7 years. My house is spotless when Ms Stevens and her staff are finished with their work. She leaves no stone unturned! She pays close attention to detail and never cuts corners. She asks questions if she's unsure of something, and makes note of special requests. Great Expectations is excellent!

The work was very good. I had asked for a one-time cleaning. When workers arrived, they were concerned that I would not be satisfied because the leader thought I actually needed a deep cleaning--and I could see her point. We had a misunderstanding because I had not shown them one bathroom that needed to be cleaned (my omission, but she was clearly concerned that they had not done 100% of the work and that I might not be satisfied. She offered me ways to recitfy that, and I appreciated it.

Great Expectations has been wonderful so far! Char and her crew have done an excellent job cleaning my house. Char, the owner, asked what products I would like specifically to have used on my furniture. She asked for feedback and was very open to making changes the next time she came back. In fact, the first thing she asked me on her second visit was if I had any suggestions or things I wanted done differently. I've had 4 cleaning services in the last 5 years and so far - she's the best! She works the entire time she's here and does a great job managing her team.
