It went very well. My house is 100 years old. we have a water boiler/furnace and another forced air furnace for our addition. We have 11 radiators and unfortunately one burst. Phil arrived the next day and capped off the broken radiator so we can continue to have heat! Effecient and thorough! Thanks

Phil looked at it and explained it wasn't necessary to install a new boiler. He replaced some parts and the boiler is up and running. Phil checked the heat excnhange. It wasn't cracked.

Working with Gordon was fantastic. He arrived promptly to give us an estimate for replacing our original 1925 boiler and 20 y/o water tank. We had the estimate the next day. His people took care of dismantling and removing the old asbestos covered boiler. The new boiler was installed the next day. He took to the time to show us how to skim it, check the pressure, and check the water level to make sure everything keeps working correctly. We even called him a few times to ask questions, and he was always friendly and willing to help. He told us we would see a drop in our heating bill, but I wasn't expecting the bills to be cut in half! Thank you Gordon!

Gordon has also provided multiple other service repairs over the 25 years we have lived in our home--on air conditioner, thermostat, etc. He is very concerned with doing the most comprehensive and professional job possible. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was honest and suggested that we replace our old unit we had. We asked him if he could help us with this. He was so thorough and told us everything we needed to know about the Traine A/C. He was very punctual with his estimation of delivery and installation. The serviceman was really good and after installation (one day) he came by twice to check on us and make sure everything was functioning properly. He and his company did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them!!! We will call and use him again.

GINO, THE MAIN INSTALLER, WAS VERY PAINSTAKING & METHODICAL. HIS BOSS & SUPERVISOR, GORDON CHECKED REPEATEDLY DURING THE 2 DAY INSTALLATION PERIOD. HE ASSISTED GINO BY OBTAINING REQUIRED PARTS & MEASUREMENTS. BOTH MEN EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GINO CLEANED & SWEPT UP COMPLETELY.
