Back in January of 2019 as the temperature dropped below zero my furnace went out. I know they were getting slammed with calls for repairs but Global came out the same day and within 2 days I had a completely new furnace installed. They were professional, courteous and outstanding. I highly recommend them to all!

Charles replaced our 25 plus year old heating and cooling system with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump.  In the process he solved a problem of the upstairs being colder than the rest of the house by giving us a wireless remote thermostat that we could use upstairs when it was colder.  Needless to say our energy usage went way down.   We have used Charles extensively on other investment properties and have never had a problem with his work or service.
