All of the work was done in about as timely a fashion as possible considering the age and condition of the existing valves, pipes etc. Mike Diamond is very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything that was needed to my satisfaction. I would hire his services again if needed.

Mike works quickly and neatly. I have known and used Gem Plumbing for many years both for my home and business. He might not be the cheapest but he will do the job right the first time. He is courteous and professional. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.

Went just fine. Mike Diamond arrived on time, knew where to look to find the problem, had no problem replacing the broken faucet. Mike is friendly and a good workman. We have used Gem Plumbing since his father ran the company and have always been satisfied.

Mike is my regular plumber. He is excellent. The last time I used him, I spent $160 on the service. He returns phone calls promptly and has come over quickly when I have needed help with a leak. He really knows what he is doing and I think his price is fair. He is very good at communicating with customers, both in terms of picking out fixtures and thereby making sure he knows what you want, and also, educating you afterwards about the work he has done. He really takes the time to talk to his customers; not all repairmen are good at communication. If you want things done right, you need to call Gem Plumbing. I will stick with him in the future as well.

He's fantastic, he's honest and helpful and knows what he's doing. He is the only plumber I'd let in my house. The water was backing up in the toilets, sinks, and bathtub. This plumber worked hard, did a great job and everything is now fine.

A previous owner of my house must have contracted with this company, as their contact information was posted on the water heater. My phone calls to them were responded to promptly, providing the requested information regarding quality, pricing, and installing the new water heater. Mike Diamond reviewed the alternatives, offered his advice, and he pointed me in the right direction to research the options online. Once on site, Ed Diamond, the father, was very professional and candid in talking about how standards have changed in his profession; his son, Mike, also very professional, explained the shut-down and restart procedures, precautionary measures, and settings thoroughly. This company is extremely reputable, and they take much pride in their work. Justifiably, so it seems.

It was difficult to get an agreement of what would be installed. I had to seek out the type appliances I wanted. In the end, I have an unusable bathtub. I will have to have tile work arranged in order to use the shower.

"I AM SHOCKED AND COMPLETELY BAFFLED BY YOUR RESPONSE HERE. I KNOW THAT I EXPLAINED IN GREAT DEPTH EXACTLY WHAT FIXTURES AND WORK THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO INSTALL THEM. I OFFERED NUMEROUS OPTIONS TO YOU INCLUDING DIFFERENT SHOWROOMS FOR LOOKING AT FIXTURES AHEAD OF TIME. I SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME RESEARCHING FAUCET SIZES AND FINISHES FOR YOU. I ALSO IN GREAT DETAIL EXPLAINED ABOUT REMOVING TILE AND/OR YOUR LINEN CLOSETS WALL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. DAVID CONSULTED WITH THE TWO OF US AND AGREED WITH OUR PLAN TO GO THROUGH THE TILE SIDE PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE. YOUR TILES WERE LOOSE FROM THE WALL AND THE CENTERSET OF THE FAUCET REQUIRED THE REMOVAL OF THE TILES FOR INSTALLATION. I REALLY THOUGHT WITH ALL OF OUR DISCUSSIONS PRIOR TO STARTING THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THIS. I AM REALLY SORRY THAT WE WERE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE. I HOPE THERE IS SOME WAY I CAN MAKE THIS UP TO YOU. PLEASE CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW. MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES, MICHAEL DIAMOND, 440 461-0546"
