 + -1 moreSCOTT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE HAS BEEN WILLING TO DEMONSTRATE WHAT HE IS DOING AND WHY AND SHOW WE WAYS TO HELP MYSELF. HE ANSWERS ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MAKES SURE I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. IN THE PAST IF THE WORK COULD NOT BE DONE IN THE HOME HE GAVE ME A FAIR ESTIMATE THAT HE STUCK TO. IF ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE HE ALWAYS CALLED FIRST AND GAVE ME A CHANCE AND CHOICE OF WHAT CAN BE DONE.
Description of Work: CLEARED MY COMPUTER OF VIRUS, ADWARE AND SPY WARE. HELPED RESTORE SYSTEM THAT WAS RUNNING SLOW DUE TO THE VIRUSES AND SPYWARE ON THE MY MACHINE. CHECKED TO SEE IF THERE WERE HIDDEN PROGRAMS THAT COULD AFFECT OPERATION OF THE COMPUTER.
