All perfect.  Cost less than estimate and 1/3 of dealer charge.

Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and provides great service.  He has worked on 2 of our cars and we'd go to him again and recommend him.

Previously, stopped in at the shop to find out how much it would cost for him to check the codes on my car with the Mercedes Computer.   He claimed he had the same equipment as the dealer, but would check my car for less. When Arrived to pick up my car he presented a bill for $236.00.  I said what is that for as he originally quoted me $90.00? He claimed he had to scan it twice. I stated if that is the case he should have called me for authorization to exceed the price he quoted.  I told him the dealer's quote to scan the code was $150.00.  He then reduced the amount to 180 which is still double and still more than the dealer.  He apparently did the same thing to another customer and posted the interaction on his facebook page.  See his post "WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!! Doctor brings older Mercedes into shop, convertible top is not working. I look at it it has been butchered by someone else already, install new relay cause the old one is bad $39.50. Motor now works & it's established it needs all Hydraulic cyl. rebuild. Quote $2800.00 DR. declines, fine. He comes to pick up his car and is all surprised as s*** when I hand him a bill for diagnostic, he tells me I should have called him 1st as I was supposed to know in his words" when I see the Motherfu*** all f'd up" to stop & call him. Really cheap piece of s*** that can only afford a house in Moreland Hills and drives a RR as one of his other cars. Not getting into a lengthy conversation with the POS about our charges I went to his car removed the Relay & told him to get The F*** out of here. We were given an estimate from the leasing return agency a price to replace 2 tires and fix a few dents of $1800, but Dan did it for $1200. He saved us a bunch of money and did an excellent job.

DAN HAS REPAIRED OUR CARS FOR A LONG TIME. HE HELPED DEFEND US IN A CASE AGAINST ANOTHER COMPANY IN WHICH SOME BELTS WERE PUT ON WRONG AND THE ENGINE WAS DESTROYED. HE SAVED US ABOUT $6,000. HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO TOUCHES OUR CARS NOW. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM.
