Technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. He determined that the grill was basically in good shape other than need for replacement of some burner lighting mechanisms. Due to the age he suggested simply lighting the burners as needed rather than trying to replace them. He cleaned the burners and controls.

Fantastic. He came quickly, did a great, job, and his fees were very reasonable. And he is a nice guy.

Ron is the only one I will trust to install anything to do with gas in my house.

Gaslite did a wonderful job, We have a narrow, oddly shaped fireplace, but they found a great log that fit and installed it in time for winter, during the busiest season of the year. They were also responsive to questions, which was good, because this was our first gas log.

Ron was very professional, he replaced a faulty valve, checked the operation of the fireplace, made recommendations for other gas systems, but was not pushy.

The work went very well. It is clear that Ron is a true professional. He kept me informed continuously as it became clear that more work would be needed to properly install the burner and bring it up to code. As a result, the fireplace is operating extremely well. Ron also made a point of following up with me on a question that I had regarding fireplace operation.

Ron was incredible! I found his 30 year old sticker on the old gas post and was relieved he was still in business! No doubt because of his wonderful work ethic. Ron was responsive to phone calls and any questions. He was thorough at explaining everything and was at our place quickly and on time. I was so pleased he was willing to move our grill from one home to the next! Once the work was completed (cleaned up so beautifully!) he even used an SOS pad and water to shine up the grill!

Great! Have used for several years.

It went well. Called Ron at 9 pm Sunday night, told him the situation. Arrived 13 hrs later and fixed the leak, even though it was in an uncomfortable area to squeeze into.

I can't recommend Gaslite and the owner, Ron Pickering, highly enough. He is obsessed with quality work, and in the time between getting the estimate and having the work done, he told me he had been thinking of how to proceed correctly, and his description of what he was going to do made it evident he had been thinking of the best way to do the job with 100% accuracy. As the process proceeded, Ron carefully explained the work he was doing and was equally clear about the cost. And if that weren't enough, the new gas logs had a few chips that neither my wife nor I would have ever noticed, but Ron insisted on having them be perfect: He immediately contacted the supplier and made sure we got perfect new gas logs. Always cleaned up after himself. The guy does nothing second rate. His assistant was very nice too. Ron may seem a bit short on making small talk, but that's because he's thinking about the best way to do the job right. A++++

He was on time and thorough. Repaired the gas line quickly and was able to install logs all in about 1.5 hours. Reasonable price for services rendered.

Ron spoke to me last weekend when we arranged a tentative time to do the work, based on the delivery of the Grill.  He followed up promptly on Thursday as promised to schedule the time on Friday.  They arrived on-time and completed the work in a professional manner with care and left a very clean work area.  Ron also took the time to look at the other gas connections as we tried to figure out what was feeding the Grill line, and provided some general advise.

I called with my issue, and they (he) was out within 10 minutes of my call. He got the job done in no time. Very professional and courteous. Would call again for any job. A++++++!

Prompt response, punctual, did the work quickly and efficiently.  Cleaned up and price was reasonable.  Checked my gas lines, installed a new shutoff valve for fireplace as well as got the logs working again.  I had spoken to several contractors before and couldn't get anyone who was willing to take on job.  i called Gaslite on Thursday, they were at my house on Monday morning and did all work at that time.  Excellent experience!!

My natural gas grill had not been used for a few years.  Ron cleaned out the interior and put in a new igniter.  All he charged extra for was the igniter.  He was on time for his appointment and finished the job at that time.
