John and his crew are real artists. Their work is superior, and they are really pleasant to work with. I'm so glad I found them.

Excellent. The two plumbers were punctual, friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable. The leaking showers were repaired by John, despite the failure of a previous plumber. I highly recommend this company.

We had been dealing with a number of plumbers trying to determine the cause of a sewer smell from our crawlspace. John was the only one who determined that our whole clay sewer line had failed. John then heroically worked for two days in the crawlspace to redo our entire line, fixing a number of other plumbing issues in the meantime. Definitely recommend him.

Free Flow Plumbing was referred by a satisfied customer (who was also a neighbor) when I was looking for a plumber. The owner, John, is knowledgeable, professional and does excellent work. He has completed several repairs/ upgrades at my house over the past two years, as well as for other family members, and I would highly recommend him. In addition to doing a quality job, John is easy to work with - he responds promptly to calls/texts, schedules appointments quickly and shows up as promised.

I had a pipe burst on the Sunday of MLK weekend. John was very understanding and helpful. He came over as soon as he could, he explained to me what he was doing, while he was doing it. He was more than helpful!!!

John, the owner, answered my call.  I explained what was needed, he assured me he would have time to get the materials,



and be hover in the latter part of the afternoon.  He arrived as promised, we went over all the issues, and he went to work.



4 1/2 hours later, every single item was complete plus more.  The bathroom was immaculate, my home was in perfect condition, and everything has worked like a charm.

we had water coming into our basement.  John explained what the problem was and what the cost would be.  He dug up the side of the house and replaced broken pipes, all in a timely manner as promised. He as neat and clean. He cleaned up after himself and his work was excellent.

Excellent work.  Good advice on things that required fixing immediately, vs. the items that could be adjusted, which enabled us to defer some large expenses that we had anticipated.
