I had used frank in the past and he seemed really nice (warning sign) We had some storm damage from sandy and he quoted us a reasonable repair. Unknown to us his son was on break and he was doing most of the work. The first day the son spent half the day trying to locate his new cell phone. We ended up with plaster dust spread thoughout the house (I have a 12 month old), along with damaged furniture, gouges in the ceiling from the son not knowing how to sand, and we still have paint specs on the floors from them not covering the furniture up. I voiced frustration to frank and he did try to fix some of the issues, but he apparently had a bigger job to do and did the bare minimum he could to repair damage. Even today we still have damage throughout the house from him and his son.
