I exercise about 3 times a week and am able to proceed at my own pace, which is what I like. I can concentrate on the areas I feel need work - or extra work- and do not have to complete a designated circuit to complete my workout. I also do not feel compelled to use every piece of equipment , or stay any prescribed length of time. The hours are accommodating and the club is clean and inviting.

It's excellent. I would recommend the trainer. I think she is a good trainer and she knows how to train. She knows where to focus and she's good. She's pretty good. She's very organized. She's professional. I'll still use her.

Their hours are excellent, and their equipment are very good. Also, their staff friendliness is excellent. Other than that, it's a very good experience.

They have friendly, helpful staff. They answer your questions. It is a very clean environment. It's a bargain as far as the money and what it costs us to join. It was primarily the cost that made us join the gym. They are not a locker room based fitness place. You go in, workout, and leave. They don't maintain showers and things. They have plenty of exercise machines for cardio and weight machines. You hardly ever have to wait to workout. It's very well equiped.

The staff is great. They have a lot of equipments and the price is excellent. We pay by the month. Their hours are good and very convenient. When you join they spend several times with you going around and making sure you know how to use all the machines. They also have staff around all the time that will help you if you need help on anything.

It is almost like family there. I have a personal trainer there and he is excellent. I have had trainers before and he far surpasses the others. It is a new facility, they opened May 2010. All of the equipment is new. The employees and the people who go there are all very friendly, it isn't a "meat market" like others. I had previously been to a large, chain type gym and this is a completely different experience. This is definitely the best gym I have been to without question. They run different specials and I was able to get a great deal on unlimited personal training for 6 months, so I can now train 5 days a week with a personal trainer.
