The Truck was dropped off to get the fuel pump rewired because it was a temp fix with a split wire. also, making the truck run weird when wet out and not pass an aims test. Because it bypassed the control module. the wire was added to the front fuse box and regularly ran to a fuse box under the backseat of the truck. the truck was taken to them to run a wire from the fuel pump back to the fuse box under the backseat. Wich was explained when dropped off and picked up! when I picked up the truck I was told that both headlights going out at the same time was normal, and I needed a new control module, luckily for me, they had a guy that can fix it.. I explained to them the truck was there to get a fuel pump wire replaced, the control module almost a year old and works good, it just needs to be wire the right way. witch is why it's there now! I told them the old wire from when it was originally wired in was still hanging down from the fuse box still live! and that was the wire I wanted to be replaced! I was told yea we saw that wire hanging and knows exactly what I'm talking about. I then asked why is my bill $166.95 when the work I requested never got done? I was told because they changed the headlights and looked at my truck! I looked at the bill I was charged $40.00 for parts (bulbs) $100.00 Labor for work that was not requested or asked for. they even charged $6.30 for HazMat but no one had a mask or Haz gear on at any time we were there. I don't even have a check engine light on but the receipt says it is on because of faulty ECM??!! When I got home I found out both of my headlights are still out after being charged $20 for each, on top of it they were never given the ok to change them or any other work to my truck but the fuel pump wire!!! I was recommended by a long time friend of a mechanic that works there on top of all that!

They were very kind and helpful. They only charged me for the cost of the battery and not for the cost of labor. They were fast and generous. Will go back!

Oil change was fine, and they said that they could replace the coolant for the a/c, which was empty. They charged me cost to put the coolant back in the a/c, and told me the condenser was bent and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no, even though they said that it could crack or have an issue, even though they testedit. Well, the cold cracked the unit, which is what I get for being cheap. I took it back in and they fixed it that day, for a great price, and didn't charge to replace the coolant again.

I always go here for service - they are very friendly, work fast, and have never tried to pressure me into anything. And their pricing is fantastic! My husband has taken his car in to get his suspension fixed - for 1/2 the cost quoted at the dealer. This is the first time I have been enthusiastic about a mechanic. My only wish is that they were open more on evenings and weekends, but then, I wouldn't want to work then either!

I like the fact that people from Firehawk Automotive Company are honest. They help me understand what services I need to get done urgently and what services I can wait on. They tell me what's important so that I don't spend all my money in car repairs. The people there are very nice and very helpful. I never had to take my car back to them to get something re-fixed. I would continue to use them in the future.

took the car in for a estimate and had the work done that same day it took about 4 hours did a excellent job. I had my car repaired at a sears store and Ihad to take it back because it still made noice after paying over $800.00 they did the job right the first time and parts have lifetime warrenty

They get the job done on time and don’t try to add any extras in there. Their price is good too.

It's a young guy and he's trying to grow his business. He is so honest and won't push anything on you. It's so refreshing to deal with someone so genuinely honest. He will tell you it's an old car and not to put that kind of money into it.
