Finish Concepts arrived on time and finished in two days as agreed. They were very careful handling and protecting our home and furniture. The painting was excellent. Painted all interior trim, 3 room walls, and garage. Exceptional service and quality of work was top notch. Showed up on time, cleaned up each evening, and stayed until the work was finished completely.

They did a great job painting the whole interior. They even came back for touch ups of places that were missed an as we had new carpet and tile put down after they painted, they even touched up the marks that those installers made. My only negative remark would be that one of the workers misplaced the keychain with the key we gave them to get entrance into the home. First said he left it on the kitchen table. We have no table. Lastly I was told he left it on the shelf that s at the top of the stairs to the kitchen with the garage door opener. The only thing on the shelf was the opener. If it fell on the stairs we would have found it . If it fell on the other side we would have found it. I even pulled the heat register away from the wall. The only thing I can say , is he left it at the wrong house which I mentioned to Doug, or he lost it. The keychain was a gift from my daughter from a honeymoon to Italy. It is irreplaceable. Now we must change our locks. Not looking forward to the expense.

After being contacted a few weeks after the job was finished about lost keys and a sentimental key chain - I personally checked the work vehicles as well as with my guys. I am certain Your keys and a Garage door opener were left side by side on the stairway ledge/table after completion. I understand it is an inconvenience to replace the locks and hope the keychain will turn up for you. Thank you for your business."

There were some spots that were missed but I had carpeting laid the day after the painting was complete and I talk to Doug the owner who said he would come out and touch up after the carpet was laid very nice gentleman they did a good job I would recommend them to anybody that needs painting done

I had a new construction home that I had Finish Concepts come in to paint the whole interior. The price was a fair price and the quality was great. I have a family room ceiling that has beam grids and needed the quality of painting to be perfect...it was. I was very pleased. Upon completion and inspection there were only a few minor items that I needed them to correct of which they did so graciously. The painting crew ("the guys") were all very courteous, respectful and thorough. Great job guys!

They could have done a better job. It took them longer than expected. In addition, they spilled coffee on my carpeting. I am confident the owner will make sure this is rectified

Doug Sandor, the owner, personally checked on the project, even though he had top-notch professionals, (Ed and Bill) performing the work. Ed is a gem! He was always wanting to make certain that things were looking good! Doug color-matched the sample with Sherwin-Williams paint. I went from a mid-tone pale green âFioli Ballroomâ, to â Loft Spaceâ light Gray with white trim. An amazing result. They will definitely be invited back! Doug and his crew did a GREAT job painting 5 rooms in our house. It was stained and smelly from many yrs. of smoking. It is like new now and no more smoking inside I'am going to use them again to finish the house.

I highly recommend Finish Concepts. They coordinated and completed my whole kitchen and living room. This included removing all wallpaper and wall repair. The quality of work was exceptional. Very professional, and meticulously clean. Finish Concepts was very accommodating to my schedule they and kept me very informed on the process of the job. They even worked with me on the color schemes and set me up with a Sherwin Williams designer. Very wonderful experience the team was great to work with.
