They charged the usual. We had a 45 day closing period. The assistant that the bank had given us was totally incompetent and didn't give the underwriter the paper work until it was too late for us to close on-time. There was no communication to us. Instead he tried blaming us by saying that we got everything to him late, but we had everything in writing and we were very much on-time for everything. This was an interstate move. We had to move into the house before the close of the house. Luckily the seller was okay with it or we would have had to pay for storage here as well. It was very stressful and totally incompetent on the part of the bank.

I have been very happy with them and they are very accessible. Anywhere I go, there is a third bank ATM and that is very important to me.

We like that they are stable and have been in business for a long time. We trust them with our money. We have a pretty good interest rate on our savings account and no fees on our checking account. Their website is easy to use. The only thing we don't like is that when we ask them for things, they either misunderstand and send the wrong thing or set us up the wrong way. The staff is pretty friendly. The environment is good. They have several branches and they are clean and well lit. They are not offensely decorated. The tellers are all very friendly.
