I originally purchased the bicycle from Fairview Cycle and had some issues with the bike. They were very responsive and ultimately were able to resolve the issues with little help or support from the manufacturer. I also appreciate that it is a family owned and operated local business. You may be able to find cheaper, but not better quality.

This bicycle had been in our attic for 10 years, and had great sentimental value. I had called a few bike repair shops and was told repairing it was cost prohibitive. When I called Fairview and explained the situation and what I thought needed to be done--minimum of new tires and that the gears had been removed, they said bring it in and they would look it over. We took it that same day and much to our delight they were able to assure us it was fixable and the cost to us was reasonable. I can't say enough about the service provided by Paul and Stewart. We are so thankful to have this bike to give to our other son. I would highly recommend this company and as I have a few other bikes in my attic--I just may get them all repaired!

The thing I liked is some of the other places we called wouldn't work on our bikes because we didn't purchase them there. My daughter's bike only needed a tune up and didn't charge us for it.

I would recommend Fairview Cycle to anyone shopping for a bike. They are very helpful and careful in helping their customers select the proper bike.

Went into the shop looking for a new bike. I spoke with Paul, who asked me several questions about my riding habits and intentions for use with this bike. He found a bike that was the perfect fit for me. I also had them give my old bike a tune up and get it in good riding condition. I was informed that this bike had several issues that would cost more money then it was worth. We discussed what would be needed to make it safe and they performed the service exceeding my expectations. I have been back for a follow up tune up with my new bike and they found a manufacturers defect, replaced the part and performed the service free of charge.
