They did an awesome job! The chair feels like it is brand new! The chair cushion and seat back were all stitched together. It was a Natuzzi product purchased from Levin’s 7 years ago, but the warranty had expired. Andrew, the General Manager, oversaw every aspect of the job. I have a fun length sofa that will need to be re-upholstered, and I will definitely have them do the work for me.

They're going to do the work, but I'm waiting for them to be able to have room. They're busy, they're backed up. Their quote was really good. It was a lot cheaper than a quote I got from someone else. I like their cost and they were able to get the fabric that I wanted.My interaction with them was very good. They're very friendly and they sent follow up reminders. The estimate was over the phone and then I went there and talked to them and when they start to do the work, they are going to give a more detailed estimate.

Had a few bumps with scheduling, but the work itself was exceptional. The refinished bureau and nightstand look amazing.

Chairs are not finished yet, but I was very impressed by their professionalism.

Both the fabric and cushions needed to be replaced. I also changed from a box cushion to a flat cushion. Andrew initially came to the house with several fabric books. I wanted to see more so I stopped by his shop and picked up a couple more. The fabric was ordered and only after it came in did he stop by to get the seat cushions. I was only without use of my chairs for about a week. The work was all done in his shop as opposed to being shipped out. The cushions are firm and a good thickness and they look wonderful.

EXCELLENT! Fabric Showcase is the BEST there is. Had started working with another "highly rated" upholsterer who could not get the job done and it was an agonizing many-months experience just trying to get the project going. Conversely, Fabric Showcase is a third-generation family business that gives the BEST customer service I've seen. Andrew came right over with fabric samples and considerable knowledge, good advice, and listened to our preferences and wish list. He was a pleasure and a real pro! He went to great lengths to make sure we were pleased with his specifications, the correct fit, and got the job done in time for Christmas. Less than three weeks from start to finish! We’ve been using them for 3 ½ years. The work is excellent. The fabrics they have available are lovely. They’re very responsive, very personable and easy to deal with. Their billing was extremely reasonable. They pick up and deliver. They handle with care and attention.

They have a huge selection of fabrics. They are incredibly kowledgable about what fabrics will work best for that environment that your furniture will be in. They are really friendly too. They will also come to your house and give you estimates on other furniture in your house.

They did an excellent job.  They are salt of the earth.  They are friendly and very down to earth.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Perfect!  The chair was done in such great detail and craftmanship * Very nice finishing on the corners, they aligned the print so it would be centered on the front and back of the chair * We couldn't be happier - excellent work by this company * I would recommend them.

The whole transaction went very well. They were friendly, responsive, and punctual.

Same and his son Andrew were very helpful with choosing the right fabric. They made sure that the chair framework was solid and added just a little more padding to make the chairs better than new.
