The friendly and experienced staff of Executive Pet Services strives to meet and exceed your needs and expectations of pet care while you are away or unable to perform the tasks required of pet owners. We understand that sometimes you just have to get away but don't want to leave the loved animals alone or without proper care. We also know that you'll miss them while you're gone. It's our goal to keep their lives as normal as possible. When you return, they'll be happy you chose us, but excited to see you! With as little as possible being changed in their lives, the only thing your pets will miss is you. Rates: $12 - $30 per visit* *Trip charge added for service outside of service area. Rate dependent on service selected. Accepted payment types: Cash, Checks, PayPal, Credit Card

As a professional in a service industry, I appreciated EPS' responsiveness. It rarely took more than an hour or so to hear back from them when I had questions. Brenton understands and provides service excellence. EPS was able to also accommodate last minute additions/cancellations. I feel this was a quality service for the cost. We are moving outside EPS's service area and that is the only reason we stopped the service. I strongly recommend Executive Pet Services!
"We are deeply saddened by this and any loss of a pet endured by a pet's family. Executive Pet Services was indeed contracted to walk two of the client's dogs. Our sitter was able to walk both dogs successfully for several weeks before the incident occurred. On the day of the incident, the walker was walking two of the client’s dogs and while stopping to pick up after one of the dogs, the other barked and ran at a passing semi-truck. Unfortunately, the walker had two of the retractable leashes in one hand while the other hand was picking up the waste. The walker lost control of the leash and the dog was struck. The other dog remained restrained and safe. Our walker and a good-Samaritan had transported the injured dog and arrived at the closest emergency vet clinic within ten minutes of the accident. The client was contacted following the incident. The client had contracted EPS for the month. After the incident, the client, understandably so, chose to discontinue use of our service. The client was refunded the remainder of the month. Any charge for our dog walking service on the day of the incident that was not refunded was strictly oversight and we are sorry to have not caught the error or made it right sooner. Our sitter did recommend the replacement of the retractable leashes with “fixed” lead type leashes. As such, the client had verbally stated that such fixed leads would be purchased and made available to the sitter. The leash that was returned to the client on the day of the incident was the client’s own retractable leash. Following the accident, Executive Pet Services has decided that retractable leashes will no longer be used by our sitters or walkers. We have purchased company-owned fixed-leads for their use. Executive Pet Services works diligently to prevent any accident, especially those of safety concerns to the pets, owners, and our walker or sitters. We are truly and deeply devastated for the loss of the client’s pet following the accident and sincerely wish the client the best in coping with such a loss."

When my dog was sick, they were both amazing with her, very gentle and supportive - and were diligent about giving me detailed updates via text messages at lunchtime so that I didn't have to worry while I was working.
I highly recommend using them, and plan on using them anytime I leave town in the future - as well as for potty breaks during the day if I ever end up with a puppy.
