During a heavy rain I looked outside and saw that my gutters were full of leaves and the water was rising in them. I left a message for Don and he called me back within in a short time. He said that he could come out on the upcoming Saturday. I told him that I was not going to be home that day so I wouldn't be there to pay him. He said he would bill me, but I left him a check in an envelope inside the storm door instead. Don asked that I have my outside spigots working. When he came, he emptied out the leaves and flushed the downspouts. This is the second year that Don has done this for me. He is very reliabale and I think the price is very reasonable for a 2-story house. Don knows that we are clearring out/fixing up my parents' house and told me that he also will come to remove the piles of newspapers, etc. from my parents' basement when we get to that point and will even haul it all away.
