+ -1 moreI had been leaving messages and sending emails to 2 large property management companies for a month and was shocked that I couldn't get anyone to call me back to even answer questions. I called Elle and was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered by someone who was available to answer my questions and explain their services immediately. Shawnte promptly followed up with some additional information by email and responded quickly to any additional questions I had. We had an initial meeting set up but I unexpectedly had well qualified tenants inquire about my vacancy. Even after putting our meeting on hold, Shawnte remained professional and courteous. I will definitely consider Elle in the future and share my experience with others.
Description of Work: I wanted to hire a property management company for tenant placement on a single family rental on the westside.

Description of Work: I was badly in need of a property manager -- unfortunately they did not answer the phone and although I left my name and number on their voicemail, I never received a call back. My rating is not based on services received, but rather on their total lack of responsiveness.
