The service provider is really an artist. He is very detail oriented. It does take a while for him to get the work done but that is due to the detail that is put into the work.

When we ordered the cabinets we were very clear about the fact that we wanted the slides for the drawers and the trash insert to be solid and heavy duty and the cabinets overall of good quality, otherwise we could have bought average pre fab cabinets at Home Depot. So when he quoted a price of $1200.00, although I thought it was high, I believed we were getting superior quality. Not so. The cabinets were made and delivered on schedule but they were not what we expected. The doors and drawer facings are thin and cheap looking and the slides were loose and sloppy. The drawers shake and rattle. We called Coby, the owner, and complained primarily about the slides on Monday, September 23rd he said he would be out mid-week to change them. When he failed to show, I called him back today and he gave me a very hard time on the phone. He said what we have on our existing drawers (with the sturdy glides) are "cheap China made products" and he would be "happy to come put cheap China made glides on our cabinets". He was condescending, sarcastic, argumentative and completely unprofessional and acted as if he had no intention of making the improvements we wanted. For the amount of money he made on two cabinets, a little customer service should have been forthcoming. I would never recommend this company.

We initially wanted a simple built-in bookshelf for our condo bedroom.  After meeting with Coby from East Woodworking, we decided to go with a more elaborate bookshelf/cabinet.  The results were amazing.  We now have a custom designed, modern looking "work of art."  It is so much more than a bookshelf/cabinet.  The craftmanship and quality are superlative.  

They are excellent workers and fine craftsman. They're not the cheapest guys in town, but certainly the best.

I wanted to create a storage space for all of my books. East Woodworking was recommended by my contractor. The work was excellent and gives the space a richness that was missing before. Their choice of woods, the detailed work and their general craftsmanship was excellent. I even asked them to create a space in the bookcases for my CD's and they responded and completed the job the next day next day.

I have used them many times. They are craftsmen; their workmanship is fantastic. They are expensive, but their prices are not out of line. However, the biggest problem with them is that it takes them for ever to complete the job. The company is handled by two brothers. Depending on which brother you talk to, your work gets done. They have an artist there, who is lazy in terms of returning calls. However, the quality of the work is great. If you have a lot of time and you don’t care about when the work gets done, then they are fine. I spent around $3000 the last time I used them. I am very happy with their workmanship.

They were excellent. Their product is beautiful and matches perfectly with the rest of the room. They used my suggestions and incorporated them into the overall plan perfectly.This is the second time I have used them and I will definitely use them again.

They are very friendly when they are over there working. They are very professional about the job. They always show-up on time to do the work for me.

It was great workmanship, but it too much longer to finish than they said. And sometimes they were difficult to deal with.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND APPRECIATE THEIR WORKING WITH ME ON MY IDEAS ON A COMPLICATED PROJECT.
