 + -1 moreCOMPANY DID NOT DEDUCT THE MONTHLY FEE DUE TO AN EXPIRED CARD DATE. I RECEIVED NO NOTICE OF THE PROBLEM FOR FIVE MONTHS. THEY BILLED ANYWAY EVEN THOUGH THE UNIT DID NOT WORK. COMPANY DEMANDED FIVE MONTHS PAYMENT WHEN NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. CONTACT WAS KURT AND HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY COMPROMISE.
Description of Work: MAILSTATION FOR E-MAIL REFUSED TO ACCEPT NEW MESSAGE.
