EDWARD CARVER IS VERY THOROUGH WHEN HE COMES TO SERVICE YOUR WATER SOFTENING UNIT. HE DOES NOT RUSH AT ALL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS HE WILL ANSWER THEM THOUGHTFULLY AND THOROUGHLY. IF HE DOESN'T KNOW HE WILL CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND CALL YOU BACK WITH THE INFORMATION. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK HIM TO DO THIS HE JUST DOES IT BECAUSE HE WANTS TO DO A GOOD JOB. HE IS VERY HONEST AND I TRUST HIM IN MY HOME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO OTHERS.

CHARGED LESS FOR FIXING THE SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED WRONG. CAME OUT ON 8/26 TO INSPECT MOLD IN WATER; SYSTEM MOLD-FREE. CHANGED FILTER. NICE PERSONALITY. FEEL SAFE WITH COMPANY.
