If you've used our website to place an order and find yourself wondering when it’s going to arrive, you won’t have to wonder for long. Any time of the day or night you’re free to boot up your computer and log into your online account. Not only will you be able to track your order, but if it hasn't yet shipped, you’ll also be able to make some changes to it.
There is one caveat you should know about. Do to security concerns, our ability to modify your account and orders is a little limited. Horrible. Mean rude just Horrible refused to come at 8pm without cash. He didn't want to come at all because he wanted to go to sleep, his card says 24 hrs. In morning took forever to get ahold of, then took my card info, wouldn't do anything till i gave it to him and said he'd call right back so he could see how long it would take to get somebody to me. He didn't call back. After two hrs. I found someone else to help me for much cheaper than he said. Then he called back and said he was charging me for inconvenience.

Fast and professional. Spent only $40 to buy key fob on ebay and $130 to program it instead of paying around $500 to toyota dealership. Initially i had only valet key. E&A did programming of the key fob that i got from ebay and i still can use my valet key.

Nice storefront and very friendly, cut my two keys and had me on the road in less than 5 minutes, very well stocked showroom with thousands of keys remotes etc.

The locksmith came on time and was very professional. After looking at the door, he actually suggested a less expensive option that used a key that worked in other doors as well. I was very happy with the service.

We hired E&A to replace a deadbolt lock in an exterior door in our new home, because we were never given a key to that door at closing.

I missed placed keys to the house the day before we were to go on vacation. After looking at all the reviews on your website, I called E & A Locksmith at about 9AM and he was out to the house by 1pm. He rekeyed all the locks and even fixed the one in the backdoor. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I locked my keys in my car and called EA. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. He acted as though I was bothering him, and was not professional at all. When I asked for an estimate, he refused to answer my question. I ended the call and did not use their services.

Excellent service and value. we had just moved in to the house, and were having trouble getting the doors locked and unlocked. They re-keyed all exterior doors, so that we only have two keys for all doors, and also installed a dead bolt on the basement door so that it now is more functional. They came an hour after I called - very simple process and wonderful to have the keys all work so well.

There was some problem later with that lock --can't recall what -- maybe the key didn't turn easily. They sent a repairperson immediatly --- same day --- and she fixed it. The problem was not their fault --- but they did niot charge for the follow up!

I went to the shop and not only was waited upon promptly and courteously but the locksmith imparted some advice about locks of the old age I submitted to him for keying. I could not be more satisfied and I was very glad because my neighborhood hardware store where I had keys made in the past has closed. I would recommend A & E to anyone with any house key problem.

Everytime I've ever had them do anything for me I've been very pleased. I had them do several things for me such as drill a new hole and install a new lock on the garage door. They've also made several car keys for me.
