My large dog jumped onto my front seat and tore a hole in the leather with her toenail. DuraMend took great care to match the leather to my existing seat. They repaired it in one day. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this company again. In fact, they are going to clean my leather seats (which are stained beyond my cleaning limit and one other car detailer's limit). They also offer reasonably priced interior and exterior car detailing. One stop shopping for me!

WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY THOUGH A STAIN GUARD PROTECTION WARRANTY ON A SOFA WE PURCHASED. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME OUT TO TREAT THE STAIN WAS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
