The technician arrived in the time scheduled. He inspected the rip in my leather sofa and told me that he didn't think it was worth the expense to repair. Given the location of the tear and condition of the leather, the patch might only hold up a month or so. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Also, the woman who scheduled my appointment and responded to all my questions was very helpful. I would definitely call them again in the future.

My large dog jumped onto my front seat and tore a hole in the leather with her toenail. DuraMend took great care to match the leather to my existing seat. They repaired it in one day. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this company again. In fact, they are going to clean my leather seats (which are stained beyond my cleaning limit and one other car detailer's limit). They also offer reasonably priced interior and exterior car detailing. One stop shopping for me!

WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY THOUGH A STAIN GUARD PROTECTION WARRANTY ON A SOFA WE PURCHASED. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME OUT TO TREAT THE STAIN WAS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
