HOOKED IT UP INCORRECTLY AND USED AN OUT OF CODE COMPRESSION FITTING IN A CONCEALED LOCATION ON A HOT WATER PIPE WHICH IS TOTALLY OUT OF CODE. CAUSED $40,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. SERVICEMAN WAS VERY SNOTTY

ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER DURING THE SAME DAY AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE, THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES (GOT BASEMENT FLOOR AND RUGS WET AND LEFT METAL PIECES ON THE FLOOR). THEY ALSO DID NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY IN OUR SMOKE DETECTOR AFTER REMOVING IT WHILE WORKING, LEFT OUR OLD WATER HEATER ON THE CURB WHEN THEY HAD SAID THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE IT, AND DID NOT PROVIDE MANUAL OR WARRANTY INFO RIGHT AWAY. I HAD TO CALL THEM REPEATEDLY TO HAVE THE PAPERWORK DELIVERED. ONCE DELIVERED, THE PAPERWORK HAD MUD AND RUST ALL OVER IT.
