I have several issues I needed addressed at my residence. Drain Doctor gave me an estimate and snaked my main line, which turns out, the City I reside in performs at no cost to the homeowner. The Drain Doctor insisted he did not know this information. When attempting to repair a leak in my bath, Drain Doctor stated he could not turn the water off due to the valves age. Another service representative from another company used a wrench and simply turned the water off with ease. In the end I would not recommend Drain Doctor.

Although payments are made to parent company now, Drain Doctor is still around. As usual, the service is prompt, sufficient and cost - effective.
