These are some very hard-working guys. James was very detailed in assessing my problem. He didn't try to over sell me anything. They even identified and issue with my expansion tank and replaced it.

Danny was a pleasure to work with. He is very interested in doing the job you need, not selling you what you don't. Being handicapped he listened to my requirement and added ideas that I had not thought of, that fit my situation better. Customer service is top notch! Clean up and finish was excellent.

They had an emergency job to finish so didn't make our scheduled time, but came the next day and gave a discount for our convenience. That showed the importance of a customer.

I had a main drain problem that we believed was just a simple clog/block. We initially hired another plumber that was awful and didn’t resolve or properly diagnosed the issue. I then hired Drain Cleaning Solutions and they were great. Although it turned into a big project, James and everyone one at his company were extremely professional. James explained everything step by step and showed us by camera the issues with the main drain. They put a lining in the main drain and though the process gave us updates. I highly recommend this company everyone with minor to major plumbing issues, and will definitely be calling them in the future with plumbing problems.

Very quick response. They were able to come out the same day and fixed a problem that we have had on and off for years. Looks like they were the ones to finally fix it correctly!

James and Craig saved the day when the metal pipes under my kitchen sink rusted through. They arrived promptly, and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. They also installed a new kitchen faucet. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have their magnet hanging on my frig, and I would highly recommend them! They deserve every one of those 5 stars!!!

I originally was going to have a bathtub replaced. When James and Craig removed the tub, they discovered that my entire subflooring was severely water damaged and my plumbing needed to be replaced. They were very professional, and worked tirelessly for an entire week. When they were finished with their work, they had Eric Meland complete the job- paint, plaster, drywall. The end result is an amazingly beautiful bathroom. I would hire them again, and highly recommend them to friends and family.

These guys were wonderful! Solved our big issues with their expertise quickly and efficiently. Plus did additional trouble shooting and recommendations for no extra charge. Extremely helpful and we feel very satisfied with their work. Will recommend them to anyone and will use them for all future projects as they are just the kind of people we can trust to get the job done. Another plus is that they do other home improvements. True Renaissance men! Wish all companies were like them!

James's response to our inquiry on Home Advisor was fast- within minutes. He came out later on that same day- to give us a free estimate on replacing our old toilet. After looking things over- he pointed out the condition/position of the toilet and the stack- said more work was needed to be done. He quoted us a price a lot higher than what we were expecting but, after talking with him a lot more about himself- his knowledge of plumbing and years in the business, we decided to hire him. We are very glad we did! A day later the entire job of removing the old toilet, sawing off a part of the old stack, replacing it with new, and installing the new HiPro toilet was done in just a few hours. Our problems of having a wobbling toilet were solved. James is an excellent plumber. He did a great job! We will definitely use him again!

I hired DCS to replace my sump pump during a VERY rainy time here in the Olmsted Falls area. They had many emergency flooding calls on this particular day that we had coordinated them to come out. They called before my scheduled appointment to let me know they were running behind and ultimately were still able to come out to my house which ended up averting my own emergency. The sump pump reservoir was within an inch of overflowing, thereby flooding my basement. James and his crew worked quickly to replace the pump and avoid any basement flooding. In addition, I had follow up questions after they had left. James got back to me nearly instantaneously to answer EVERY question. It's good to have such professionals still looking out for the customer. Not to mention, I did an internet search regarding 2016/2017 average sump pump replacement costs in my area, DCS came in WAY under the average cost. I would HIGHLY recommend DCS and am personally going to use their services again in the future. They are open, honest and highly professional.

Great guys, the cost may have been okay I am not sure what a water heater cost but they came our fast. I would highly recommend this business
