Have used these guys on two different jobs. One to install a backwater valve and the other a kitchen stack replacement. Both jobs were done well and reasonably priced.

Needed a leaking shower valve replaced. Hard to find part, they ordered it though a picture I sent them and arrived with the correct part for the job. Replaced in 15 minutes and shower fixture is back to like new.

Quick response; they sent a friendly enough technician the next day for a reasonable price.

I appreciated that Danny was so communicative. He was excellent staying in touch about how soon he could get to my job. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, replaced the 45 year old toilet and the non-flushing toilet problem was fixed! He was very neat about the work area, and was very careful carrying things in and out. I recommend him highly!

Work was done to specifications; initially helpful with a toilet issue. With a subsequent job technician became a poor communicator, arranging for a date/time to do work, but was then a no-call, no-text, no-show. Eventually provided a half-hearted apology. Wanted to do work before pulling permit with the city. Company still hasn't arranged for a city inspector to view and approve the results, which I'll now have to do myself. Hopefully I won't get technical questions I can't answer.

Simply put, DCS was super all the way around. They contacted me within seconds of my Home Advisor request; they came to the house the next day and within a couple of hours they had repaired one toilet and installed another. James and his co-worker were polite, helpful and efficient. We could not have asked for more. Although we hope we do not need to call a plumber too often, we now know who to contact if and when we do. In short, our experience with DCS could not have been better.

Danny arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He took the time to explain everything and once the drain was clear, he made sure there were no leaks and the drain was functioning as it should. I will definitely call Drain Cleaning Solutions for future plumbing problems. And I must note that their pricing is very competitive.
