For most recent sell Doxie started with the general review of the home. She recommended having the home staged, either by me or a professional. She gave me a referral who, for a reasonable fee gave me a room by room assessment. That way I could decide to hire her team or have the work done myself. Doxie arranged a home warranty that doesn't have to be paid for unless the house sells. It was very reasonable, and will transfer to the buyer. She knows how to sell the features of a home. We are just getting started with this hous. When it sells I will post again to tell you how it went. I trust it will go very well.
