GETTING HIM TO COME BACK HAS BEEN LIKE PULLING TEETH. HE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & THOROUGH, & HE DID A GOOD JOB, BUT PERSONAL SITUATIONS SEEM TO INTERFERE WITH HIS BEING ABLE TO COME OUT & HELP US.

KEVIN IS SUCH A NICE PERSON- HE SITS WITH YOU & EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING WITH YOUR COMPUTER. YOU CAN ASK HIM A MILLION QUESTIONS & HE IS POLITE & FRIENDLY THE ENTIRE TIME. I WAS AMAZED AT THE DEPTH OF HIS COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE. HE REALLY SEEMS TO KNOW EVERYTHING- SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OPERATING SYSTEMS, PERIPHERALS, YOU NAME IT! I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. IN FACT, I AM PLANNING ON HAVING HIM INSTALL A WIRELESS INTERNET SYSTEM FOR ME IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.
