+ -1 moreCONTRACT STATED HE WOULD PLOW WHEN 2" OR MORE FELL. NEVER SHOWED UP. WOULD TELL ME HE WAS A FEW STREETS AWAY, (WHEN I WOULD CALL TO SEE IF HE WAS COMING), THEN HE NEVER SHOWED UP.
