We are a family owned & operated business, we take pride in our customer relations & offer our expertise to you. When it comes to electrical troubles or issues, we offer our clients the best in care & safety with respect for their concerns in getting their electrical wories or troubles resolved in a timely manner. Whether its adding to the existing electrical system or storm related situations, we are only a phone call away & can bring a countless number of hours, of on the job experience & installation expertise right to your home or place of business. We are in constant educational meettings & training with our own local electrical inspectors, whom specialize in the safe installations of electrical systems in our own area. Through the continuing education required to be state licensed in ohio & other states, to the individual city insurance requirements & registering, we bring the best there is to offer thru experience, (personally in the trade since 1988 & having certified technicians/installers as fellow employees), for our customers electrical needs. New installations to troubleshootting, there isn't much out there that we haven't seen or worked on before, our motto, "no problems, only solutions"...

A lamp post on my front lawn had fallen over. Bob came out gave an estimate and a date. His crew came out as scheduled, re-anchored the lamp post, cleaned up and were done in about 90 minutes. Very satisfied with the work.

I called Digital Electric to complete a job for a house I was selling. The buyers had requested some electrical upgrades as part of the contract. Bob came out right away and gave a fair estimate, and he explained exactly what was needed for building code and inspection. He was the third electrician I had out for an estimate, and he didn't try to sell me on anything that was not needed. I had one electrician try to sell me on a 200 amp upgrade that was not even needed, especially since I was selling the house. He had a crew of two that came out on time and who also explained what needed to be done clearly. The one electrician, Mike, located some issues that were not addressed upon my initial estimate. He went beyond what was needed and fixed what had to be done at no extra cost. I have dealt with many contractors on both the east and west side of Cleveland, and Bob is one of the honest ones.

Arrived on time and explained that he had an inspection close by at 9:30 a.m. That was not a problem for me, as I planned to be home all day. When it came time for his inspection, he left and returned as soon as it was over. He was very friendly and professional and explained the options available and allowed me to make the decisions.

He wasn't able to solve the problem, and he explained why I needed to get a commercial electrician. I thought he was excellent, he took his time to explain everything, and I understood what he was explaining. He was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied, and would definitely use him again.

They came on the date and time that we agreed to. They stated at 8:00 AM and was completed at 3:00 PM. They started by putting in 6 X 6 framed pad filled with gravel. Then connected a new natural gas feed line. Then installed the Automatic Transfer switch. Then wired in 12 circuits. Then installation was very neat. They cleaned up the basement and out in the yard.

The men that did the work were very professional and took time to answer any and all questions that I asked of them.
I plan on having them back to more electrical work for me in the future.

They called in a timely manner to make the appointment, arrived as scheduled, did the work neatly and cleaned up after themselves. They advised us on the best set-up and equipment for the situation, and we are quite pleased with the result. They communicated
clearly and respectfully with my 87-year-old mother-in-law, listening to and responding to her needs, which does not always happen. We have used them before and would definitely use them again. The only glitch is that they are most easily reached through the Illuminating Company, which apparently keeps them very busy as one of its contracting companies.

I would give him an A for everything. I went from over head to under ground. He answered my phone calls right away and he was punctual. He knew what he was doing and had a very good price. He had a set up with the power company where I didn't have to pay at all. They had an interest free for three years with the power company. I paid part of it and put the rest on the power company bill, electric bill. I will use them again if needed.

The workmen were professional and efficient and very tenacious, considering that they were working in an attic crawl space, with no air conditioning, on 2 of the hottest days of the year. They did more that we expected, but were careful to explain why it was needed.

Bob came out and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. We scheduled the work and the men arrived on time. They were all very friendly and helpful. In fact Bob even fixed my garage door! I had to go out while they were working and they let the plumbing company in and really watched the house. They explained everything they were doing.
