We didn't find them especially helpful or knowledgeable about their products. We were allowed to run on them, which was nice, but without more info we basically just picked what was in our price range. They also charge $150 for shipping, which was ridiculous, and they try to get you with a useless warranty.

The weight bench required about 10-12 hours of assembly, which I did by myself. It is mostly safe and sturdy, although I wish the back was a little wider to provide greater comfort and stability. But overall, it's a great deal. Over the past year, I have not found a better price, either at Sears or elsewhere.
