Excellent! Mark and crew are truly professionals. I've had many "mowers" over the years and have always experienced subpar work. Diamond Cut works on your yard like it was their own, no corners cut.

Mark explained pricing before he performed any work and was prompt at returning calls. My lawns look great and he wasn’t upset about me needing services on a temporary basis until I am able to perform my own lawncare again.

If you choose to use this company please get a written estimate! What he quotes is not what he bills. The quality of work is good but this happened in the Fall with us and again in Spring. Shame on us for using them again and not getting this in writing. You can imagine our surprise when there was an additional fee for $125.00 for shrub trimming. A job that was quoted first for $280.00 then $300.00 then again for $350 the day they arrived because he wanted to make sure there was enough Mulch. A Professional Company would know how much mulch to get. My husband was very specific and clear on what we needed. A final verbal quote totaling $350 turned into a final bill of $513.00. He wanted to split the shrub trimming bill and we said absolutely not! Wrote him a check for $350.00 and just received a registered letter to pay him $28.00 dollars to pay the taxes. He didn't say $350 and taxes. Good work but not worth the hassle. Putting a check in the mail today so he doesn't take us to small claim court. Just a nightmare.

Very professional! They cut back all i wanted and cleaned up all of cuttings.. they made a date for coming and called when they were coming! I can't say enough about their service!!!

When initially called Mark Straffen, he returned my phone call that day and stated that he would have a quote for the grass cutting the next day. Which he did! His crew was prompt and did a good job.

Mark is always super dependable, is 99% of the time onsite working along with his crew, and makes sure things are done right. He has always been courteous and professional and his workers are always cordial and very well trained for the job. If you need something done differently, or as an extra, Mark is totally accommodating. He has always said that he wants his clients to be happy and satisfied, and it's his standard way of doing business. Although his prices are higher than some, we have the assurance that the job will always be done very well and on time. We've had favorable comments from our neighbors too, so everyone is happy!

Came out and gave me a quote and said he would be out the next morning. He called when he was coming and was there in just a few min. later! He did a beautiful job with everything! Then he cleaned all the branches and bagged them all up. I can't say enough about his work!!!

Top notch! Mark's team has been taking care of my parent's lawn for three years now and they do a fantastic job. Very professional. I never thought that someone could satisfy my father with mowing, trimming, and edging, but they definitely do!

Mark and his team have been helping us with these services for a few years now. He is a absolutely professional in what ever he does. He has never not kept is word. Like a true professional, sometimes he will decline a service if he is too busy and feels that he wont be able to do it in time.
