Denton Siding & Windows LLC

From the first phone call to the finished product, Dennis was right there supporting us. He responded to our calls when this all began in November--yes, November. When we decided to go with Denton, he walked us through the whole process, was patient with our color-choosing difficulties, and kept in touch with the insurance procedures. When we finally got the go-ahead, Dennis and his son were right there answering any questions. I would recommend denton to anyone needing siding.

As they were pulling down the siding, there were nails everywhere, which I had to pick up. I had also mentioned to be careful not to get nails in my neighbors driveway, but I had to pick them up from there as well. When I mentioned this to them, they said they were not going to pick up before they left, because they were not done and more would be dropped the next day. When they took the siding off of the south side of my house, they had to remove the fuse box for my air conditioner. It was dropped and the fuses were dislodged, which I had to have someone come out and fix immediately because of the heat wave. When they put the new siding on, they did a cosmetic job, not functional. They just put the siding up to the old gutters, not to the top and no flashing was installed. When the new gutters were put up, the old siding was visible past the new siding. I called both Great Roofing and Denton to have this fixed. Denton never came back out. Great Roofing came out and added another row of siding to cover the old siding. There is also a cable that runs 3/4 the way around my house for my cable and internet. They hid this cable in the siding, which was a good idea, except that my services were not working properly. I had to have the cable company out to service it, and they had to replace that cable. They believe that the cable was pinched or had a screw put through it. The only way they could have found out what did happen to the cable would be to remove the siding, which I did not want to do.

Very pleased with total experience. Happy with price even though there were unexpected complications with the job. Willing to fix problem per my specifications.

Quick estimate, quick completion, excellent communication.

I called 4 different vendors to repair/rplace the siding. Three weeks later no one had come to do the work. Fianlly I joined Angie's list and found Denton. They came out the day I called and gave me an estimate for time and price to complete the work. They came back 3 days later and finished the work. It was a great experience!

They were very courteous gentleman. There were three of them. They did an excellent job with the project and clean up.
