I was very happy with the service from Deluxe Heating & Cooling. The service person was on time and had a very good understanding of the system and problem. He did not have the necessary part and had to come back a few hours later, again on time. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything was clean and professional. This was an emergency service because the weather was cold and the heat was not working. I called at the end of the work day, they were out early the next morning.

Deluxe Heating & Cooling came out promptly the next morning, found the coolant was low, checked the whole system and re-filled the coolant. They were very polite and knowledgeable.

My initial experience with them was they gave me a second opinion regarding some boiler repairs. The first company stated I needed all types of repairs, but Deluxe was able to get the boiler operating smoothly without xtra repairs that did not needed to be done. They have been my heating company of choice and will continue to be.

MY A/C BROKE THURSDAY EVENING AND I CALLED THE OFFICE FRI MORNING. I CALLED THE OFFICE AT 8AM AND SOMEONE CAME IN BEFORE 10AM. I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM BEFORE. THIS IS MY FOURTH YEAR USING THEM AND I WOULD NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE. THEY CAME OUT ON AN UNQUESTIONABLY HOT DAY. THEIR PROMPT SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED.

HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. I CALLED HIM ON A SATURDAY, LEFT A MESSAGE & HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK! HE TOLD ME HE WASNT SURE IF HE HAD THE RIGHT PART TO FIX IT BUT, HE WOULDNT CHARGE ME FOR COMING OUT. HE ENDED UP REPAIRING THE UNIT IN 30 MINUTES!!!!
