Description of Work: Dave Jr. came on time. Did what he needed to do with little fanfare and was gone within an hour. LOVE IT!

Description of Work: Went over all electrical lines and outlets in preparation for a point of sale inspection. The assessment and subsequent work was excellent.

Description of Work: Dave had performed some electrical services in 2014; I was satisfied then, so I called him again. Following a POS inspection by the city of Cleveland Heights, I needed a knowledgeable electrician to bring my electricity up to code. He spent about 8 hours at my house and my house passed the inspection. Because I just moved and don't have all my receipts with me, I can't tell you what I paid him.

Description of Work: A neighbor's tree fell and took down the electrical feed to our house. We called Dave's Electric based on his reviews here. We are happy to say that we can confirm all of the great reviews. |Dave came out right away on the Sunday of the catastrophe and got our electricity back on quickly. In the process of evaluating our situation, he discovered that we had one of the dangerous old Federal Pacific panels and also proposed replacing that as part of the project. He also expedited the permitting process and helped us with understanding how to deal with the electric company. |Dave and Sam were always prompt and efficient and we highly recommend the company. We also will plan to use them for future projects.

Description of Work: Installed inside and outside light fixtures and security lights and fix some violations to help me pass inspection.Dave and his son were professional and took care of the job and I passed inspection.

Description of Work: I asked Dave for an estimate for electrical work. He was able to come the same day I called. He was excellent about educating me about the electricity but was unable to do the extensive work required. I am unsure just when this occurred. Probably in 2011 or 2012.

Description of Work: Were professional and timely, very personable and explained what they were doing to repair/replace wall outlets and outdoor fixture and hook up a new dryer. Job was small but they still made it a priority and provided some recommendations that were very useful

Description of Work: He took a look at what I needed done and he would not do it because he said that he couldn't find the connection for the heating cables. Later after he left I found the connection but i refuse to call him back because he spent all of 10 minutes walking around the house. Because I have only lived there one Winter, I haven't a clue as to what goes where, he as a professional should have traced where the connection is located. I told him that we had the cables put on our church gutters and they had a plug-in outside and he wasn't sure if that is what should be done. He told me to call the guy who did our church and see if that is correct. I didn't understand why he couldn't put a outlet on the side of the house anyway, I need it for other things also, such as plugging in my hedge clippers or my workx. Frustrated.

Description of Work: We had a big power outage the week before I called Dave. Then experienced very brief outages of maybe 1 minute the 2 previous days before I called him. When the power went out the last time we had 2 outlets in 2 different rooms that weren't working and 3 lights that did not come back on as well as one light in a hallway. I called on a Tuesday and Dave came out the later that evening and tried to troubleshoot and get the job fixed. He was not able to but had his son come out Thursday which was great. I'm not very knowledgeable on electrical issues and since it was my mother's house and the house I grew up in as a kid, I was unfamiliar with attic access and other electrical issues that arose with the house being old and how wiring was done. Nonetheless, I learned a few things. It was a very long job and Dave's son who perfomed the job explained what he was doing and anything I asked and was very professional and courteous as he worked and I had to move things from areas he had to get to. The job took almost 3hrs in total as he examined everything and did a case by case synopsis on each room that involved the outlets and lights. I would definitely call him again on any electrical issues I have.

Description of Work: Sam Nueman installed a new panel box and service in our house. He also installed several new outlets, switches, fixtures, and moved our dryer and installed a 220 line. The work was done exceptionally well. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Quick in coming out provided quote that was acceptable. They were courteous cleaned up after themselves. They put in electrical outlets gutters wired so they don't freeze up, an stay thawed.

Description of Work: Power was out in 1/2 of our house. Dave came out within 1 hour of our call and immediately resolved the issues and provided us with feedback for how to best wire our major appliances. He also resolved other minor electrical issues in the house while he was there.

Description of Work: Selling a house and needed an electrician to check the outlets for grounding issues, they corrected all of my problems. I am very pleased with the work, the tech cleaned up very well. When one outlet was installed the wall chiped he fixed the crack in the wall I did not expect him to do that.
