JOHN WAS GREAT! THERE WAS NO PRESSURE, NO "USED CAR SALESMAN" APPROACH I EXPERIENCED WITH OTHERS. HE WAS MORE LIKE A FRIEND THAN A SALESMAN/INSTALLER. HE DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB & DID NOT PRESSURE US TO BUY OTHER WINDOWS, ALTHOUGH OUR WHOLE HOUSE COULD REALLY USE THEM (WE JUST CAN'T AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW). HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME & CALLED BEFORE COMING. WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. WHEN WE HAVE MORE MONEY, WE WILL DEFINITELY GO WITH HIM.

I HAD RESEARCHED WINDOWS FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND GOTTEN ESTIMATES FROM SEVERAL COMPANIES. JOHN WORKED WITH ME, WITH NO PRESSURE, OVER SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE FOR A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT. THE JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WEEKEND INSTALLATION MADE MY LIFE MUCH EASIER. JOHN METZGER IS A HIGH-CLASS PROFESSIONAL WITH A QUALITY PRODUCT.

THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. BUT THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT AT RESPONDING TO SERVICE CALLS WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM. NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY THAT GETS PAID AND IGNORES YOU.
