CRYSTAL CLEAR CLEANING

It went very well.  Jim brought in a crew of 3-4 other guys, and they worked very efficiently.

Contacted them, came over and gave estimate.  Did work sooner as expected.

They arrived while we were away, celebrating Thanksgiving with relatives. They did a wonderful job, and I would definitely hire them again.

I had called the first name on the list given me. That person was slow to respond and didn't leave an estimate as he said he would. I called back but he never responded. At the same time I called Crystal Clear Cleaning as I wanted a second estimate. Jimmy responded immediately, which started us off on the right foot. He gave us a firm price, which was more than reasonable. He was always clear on when he could do the job and stuck to his word. I will definitely have him back frequently -- I have hesitated to keep the windows clean because we've had many birds fly into them but have found that they still fly into dirty windows as well.

There was a bit of a scheduling glitch up front, but once we set up a firm date it was smooth sailing.

They are very neat and prompt. They are easy to work with. They were very neat and tidy. They were with us for a couple of hours. I would recommend using this company. The price was very reasonable.

Jimmy Tomaro came out to give us an estimate the day we called and he fit us into his schedule during a busy week.

Great job! I left a message asking if they could clean our gutters. Jimmy called me right back and warned me that it is their busy season, especially with the weather this year. He said they could put us on the list for this weekend, but that I should feel free to try to find someone who could get to it sooner. He came this weekend and did a great job for a reasonable price. Very nice guys. I will definitely call them again.

Jimmy Tomaro was prompt in returning phone calls, quickly scheduled a free estimate, and booked the cleaning within the week of completing the estimate. Workers were timely and conscientious.
