CRS Roofing Cleveland

Terrible performance, and exceptionally poor customer service and follow up afterwards by Brian, despite expressing concerns and multiple attempts at contact. 
Tear off was incomplete, though all slate was removed (for roofer's own use).  Our new flat roof (not part of project) was potentially damaged by the team's use of it as a staging area and not protecting it adequately.  Heat cables were removed and not replaced. 
Debris that was supposed to be removed was not removed, as per contract.
This added cost to our project, as well as inconvenience, and possibly unanticipated harm to our flat roof that was not even part of this project.
Owner refused to even come by to evaluate our concerns.
Cannot have enough BAD things to say about our experience and about this owner's sense of professionalism and service.

Brian does good work when he works.  His prices are high, but I think he knows what he's doing.  The biggest problem is follow-up and keeping promises.  Brian said he would get me a quote on some chimney repair.  Despite numerous attempts to get in touch with him to remind him, it never happened.  I wasn't satisfied with the cupola work.  I told him.  He said he would come back and fix it, but he never did.  I recommended him to a friend.  She also said his work was fine.  But when she got a water leak and asked him to come back out and take a look, he never responded to her request.
